Song Of Acadia
If any of you enjoy Christian fiction, I just finished the fifth book in the series by Janette Oke and T. Davis Bunn, Song of Acadia. Some of you in Canada will be familiar with the setting, but this was the first historical fiction I have read that takes place in the 1700's among the French and English leading up to the revolutionary war. It takes you from England to Canada to the displaced Louisiana Cajun Acadians. A very heartwarming story about friendship, family, prejudice and forgiveness. I think it probably is mostly he work of T. Davis Bunn. Published by Bethany House Publishers.
